Clean, comfortable, friendly, good location but can be a little bit noisy Located close to the Eiffel Tower, train and metro line. Spacious rooms with good self catering facilities. Clean and comfy. Good car park (paid for when checking in)
Great stay in nice apartment, very convenient spacious, great location on walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, ideal if you travel with 2 small children, sofa bed is large and sleeps well even for adults. bedroom ok and good mattresses. Metro station in front as well as restaurants etc. free tea and coffee and chilled water in the lobby. great car park in basement and elevator straight to your room level and easy to bring your luggage up.

Spacious apartment with a (tiny) kitchenette. Obviously heavily used but clean nonetheless. Clever sofabed in the living room which splits into two single beds so our two teenagers had some separation. Helpful staff. Very convenient location with lots of shops, cafes a great Wednesday and Sunday street market and a good metro stop right outside. From our 2nd floor apartment the "view" of the Eiffel Tower was the topmost point only !!! Easy reserved parking BUT I suspect the number of spaces are limited so get there early.

Good location, close to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants, groceries. Room was clean, adequate facilities, comfortable bed. Very close to metro station providing easy access anywhere in Paris.
We booked it spontaneously for one night, but we would have loved to stay longer. We could walk with the kids to see the illuminated Tour Eiffel. It‘s surrounded by cute shops, well frequented restaurants, has a metro station in front and everything you need (boulangerie, supermarket, take-aways) in walking distance.
