Great value for money apartment with amazing location and Eiffel tower view. The location is excellent, just opposite the Metro Station. It's just about 10mins walk away from Eiffel Tower. The noise from the trains passing by was very mild and tolerable. Didn't disturb us particularly. The room floor was also very clean. Our room was on the 5th floor. They have 7 floors but the 7th floor is for studio rooms. We booked an apartment room (with Eiffel Tower view) as we had 4 pax (2 adults and 2 children). Wifi was great and stable. Kitchen had a stove, kitchen utensils and microwave. We were greeted by Asian-looking gentleman during check-in. We didn't get his name but he went out of his way to explain regarding the amenities available. He also helped us to call a restaurant for reservation although the restaurant was fully booked.The toilet was separate from the shower room. Could've provided with more rubbish bags as we stayed there for 6 days. Although these are only minor issues.

Excellent, with a Metro station just across the street to access anywhere in Paris. Room was exactly as the picture. Beautiful view of Eiffel tower, kitchen table, full kitchen, sleeper couch, separate bedroom, separate bathroom. Basically like a full on apartment in Paris. Excellent panoramic view of the city. Also, an additional view of Eiffel tower from your bed out the window. TV in both bedroom and in living room. Shower was excellent. Grocery stores on the corner, Parisian outdoor dining restaurants, metro station, corner bars, all just outside the hotel. Excellent stay. Thank you Host
Great location, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. Lots of nice bars/cafes/restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets/shops. Rooms bigger than average, everything you need.

Location and amenities is a big plus at this property. We had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from our room that my daughter loved (first time for her in Paris). We had a one bedroom apartment with everything you need. Wonderful restaurants just across the street and a complete market by the corner. Courteous staff. We had a little issue with the ac and the manager responded very quick to our claim with a proper solution. Things like that makes difference!

He view of the Eiffel tower is incredible!!!!!! Worth everything!!!! Metro station right outside the hotel, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants right outside. A McDonald's right underneath for a quick bite and to please the little picky eaters. Beds were comfortable. Very spacious. Apartment had everything you needed to have a few meals in the room. Very quick ride from hotel to the sights made it easy to come back to the hotel for a break. Seriously a 15 min walk to the Eiffel tower. I will definitely keep coming back!
