Nice apartment, in a good location, comfortable and easy to stay a while, well equipped.
The 3 of us loved the unit and location. Great cafes, bars and restaurants nearby and a Metro about 100 metres away. It had lots of stairs, but we new that in advance and the toilet was a bit squishy but that was alright. Basically we loved it.
Host were great host, they helped a lot with the check in and to cover up general information about the apartment and Paris. The apartment has a great location near some great spots and metro stations. In general the place is ok, it needs some maintenance and is smaller than what we thought, so we felt like we paid more for something not so worthy. It is located in the 4th floor with a lot of stairs and no elevator, and in the description of the place it says two baths, but it really needs to clarify that those are two small showers with NO toilets inside. Instead there is just ONE really small toilet in another room. The place can be ideal for four people, but for six is very very crowded
Good value for money.
We just got back from staying at Arigato and had a great time. The apartment is as described in the listing and was very clean, nicely renovated, and overall well equipped. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed that our teenage son slept on. The apartment was located around the corner from the metro, near many shops and restaurants, but on a quieter side street away from most of the noise. while there was only 1 toilet, we appreciated having 2 showers.
Great location and excellent communication! He replied instantly and gave us tips about travelling around Paris. It was close to metro stations, many shops and restaurants. The apartment is very stylish and extremely clean. If you have mobility issues or you are with elderly, you may have some difficulty going up the narrow staircase (there is no elevator). Also there is only one toilet. We had some issues with hot water and appliances but he sent a technician right away to help us solve the problem on the same day!
It was really clean and confortable.
