The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. You just have to stock up on the groceries and start living! All the equipment, appliances and small household items are at your disposal to make you feel at home.

The Bedroom:

The first bedroom is a serene retreat designed to look and feel like a home away from home.

The room has light-toned furniture and furnishings to spread positivity and calmness. You get a double bed.

The Bathroom Area:

The bathroom is en-suite and the toilet is independent.

The space is elegantly styled and squeaky clean!

Check-in is after 15:00 hours.
Proof of identity is required upon arrival.
You can hear the noise of the subway in the apartment. Not recommended for people who are very sensitive to noise.
In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the 2 parties at the time of check-in.
A cot and a high chair can be provided on request for an additional €40 each for the total duration of the stay.
Our animal friends are not allowed. This apartment can be rented for periods from 1 month (article 34 of the Elan law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease", 9 months and 1 year. In accordance with the regulations, a rental contract will be signed between the 2 parties at the time of check-in.

The neighborhood

"Les Grands Boulevards" is ideal for all ages, with many cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs. There's even a nearby "Head in the Clouds" arcade suitable for kids. The Grévin Museum is near by . For fashion addicts, Galeries Lafayette and many other shops.

For sightseeing, it is accessible via the Richelieu-Drouot metro and within walking distance of the Opéra Garnier, Place Vendôme, Concorde and Jardin des Tuileries, Louvre Museum, Palais Royal, Musée from the Orangerie, from Montmartre Sacré Coeur.

You can even explore the city by bike (VELIB) as there is a station located a minute's walk from the apartment.
