An alcove living room with a sofa with a real bed for two people, a base unit, an HDTV, a DVD, a hi-fi system and an internet connection -a corridor that connects the two rooms in which the toilet is located.
A large bedroom with a 160 X 200cm four-poster bed, a base unit, two retro armchairs, a mirror, a large dressing room and storage shelves.
A bathroom opening onto the bedroom with a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer.

Security Deposit 2 months’ rent to be paid no later than the day the keys are handed over.
Monthly fixed charges Including co-ownership charges, cold water, electricity subscription and internet/TV subscription €155.
Monthly provisions for electricity consumption and taxes €240.
The check in is made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 30 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
For an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 30 € fee.
