Great flat! Location and the balcony are a luxury!
Location was surprisingly quiet 6 of the 7 nights we stayed. Very quiet for Paris, despite the daytime action around. Expect noise on Saturday night from the late opening cafe below which a set of ear plugs would help with. The apartment location is right in the heart of the Paris and walkable to everything. Romain was an excellent host who met as out front and explained everything needed. The apartment was fully furnished as described with a small elevator from the street level up to the 5th floor which saved us having to carry our bags up the stairs. We loved the four sets of French doors that opened to the skinny Hausmann balcony- wide enough to sit outside. Comfortable (firmer) queen bed, great duvet, and towels. Good quality wine glasses were appreciated. This is an excellent choice.
Location was excellent with many cafes, bakeries, chocolate shops, and lovely little shops in walking distance. It's a perfect place to enjoy the feel of 'living like a local'. Gregory, who met us at check-in, was most responsive both before and during our stay. He made us feel welcomed. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends and family.

Great convenient location. Huge apartment for central Paris. Upper floor unit provides a nice view from its long balcony. During warmer days light sleepers will want ear plugs if keeping windows open at night.
Very bright and charming apartment. The balcony is a plus! In a vibrant neighborhood it is well located. It's not super quiet but the windows insulate effectively. Kitchen is well equipped. The elevator is tiny but very nice. The sofa and bedding are very comfortable. On the other hand, the layout and decor denote some pretty taste but it is quite secondary?...
Had a fabulous stay at this gorgeous apartment in the most perfect area of Paris for easy and quick access to cafes, restaurants, stores, and sightseeing. It was the perfect size for myself and my two kids. Well stocked kitchen. Would def recommend it and would love to return.
Location is great and apartment is very spacious and modern. We were there in summer and it was quite hot inside the apartment, however this is quite common in Paris.
