Gorgeous balcony, great apartment This small but very well-organized studio is in the heart of the Beaubourg (Pompidou Centre) neighborhood. Tons of restaurants, grocery stores and immense Parisian charm. Easy, pleasant walk to the RER to the airport and to the 5-star attractions of downtown Paris. The shower and kitchen area work well, but the glory of this apartment is the spacious balcony. Facing north, it has shade even on the long summer days and a delightful view of trees and the Hausmannian neighboring buildings. Just spectacular. I hated to leave.

Great little apartment with a fantastic balcony/patio. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple who does not need a lot of space.
Host were great hosts and very attentive. The apartment was perfectly located within walking distance from everything. Would definitely recommend for a quick getaway to Paris!

Centrally located apartment with everything you need to enjoy Paris. Ongoing contact for arrival with Host, who always looked after us. Yes, it's small but in the end to be able to sleep and rest, it's the best!
