The apartment's location is perfect for visiting the city, lots of restaurants, and shops nearby. Very attentive to arrival and available at all times. Perfect apartment for a family trip, 100% recommended.
Place was centrally located and clean. The towels, comforters and pillows were nice and soft. Our family of 4 (2 teens), enjoyed our stay. The washer dryer was a bonus!

Clean apartment and all necessary items were available. The only issue was using dual washer/dryer. Clothes did not dry remained damp and had to airdry. A bit noisy until 2 am. Great location for food and transit. Loved the neighborhood.
Highly recommend staying apartment. The apartment is in a perfect location, close to great cafes, attractions and landmarks. Sofa beds were very comfy, kitchen and bathroom are very modern and spotlessly clean, and the single person elevator is perfect for moving your luggage up or down. Communication with Host was very detailed, and made my first trip to Paris stress free. Thank you so much ..
We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was as advertised and met our expectations. It was very clean and well maintained. The location is great, the neighbourhood is colourful and full of life and offers a variety of food options. Much of what is worth seeing can be reached on foot or you can use the well-developed bicycle and scooter network. We were able to park our car for an acceptable price in the car park at the Centre Pompidou on a weekly basis. The handover of the apartment was uncomplicated.
Marais flat for family, so am reporting their experience secondhand. First off, his responsiveness and communication was outstanding - a big departure from many big city hosts. Second, the flat was accurately described; in fact, we would say it was slightly undersold: the location is exceptional and central, separate spaces and doors make it live larger than a traditional 1-bedroom, and it was clean and secure. Host professionalism enabled our geographically dispersed family to have a wonderful post-pandemic reunion. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in the Marais with him again. Thank you!
