At the end of the paved courtyard of a former mansion, this luxury loft for short-term rental is set around a splendid setting to spend a few days in Paris.
Very spacious, the apartment is spread over three levels. We enter by the ground floor, after having gone up a very nice stone staircase. On this first level, the volumes of the various living spaces, on one level, are distributed around the staircase which also forms a skylight in the center of the apartment. The paintings anchor one’s gaze with their powerful abstract chromaticism.
On the right and on the left of the entrance, two spaces make up the living room allowing you to benefit from the floded natural light that enters through the large windows of the courtyard. At the back of each living room, a seating area make up the corner dinning tables, which precedes the luxurious kitchen, entirely made of wood and steel, arranged lengthwise at the end of this first level.
At the corner of the staircase leading to the basement and the first floor, a small Chinese chest of drawers with a green apple adds a brilliance of color to the harmonious white that serves as the backdrop for this luxury loft for short-term rental.
In the basement, below the courtyard, there are two bedrooms each with its spacious en-suite shower room. The spaces have been developed with ingenuity, to create small intimate alcoves and optimize at best the nooks and crannies created by the staircase.
Up the stairs on the last floor, finally, you access a large double bedroom through the right and, on the left, a bathroom, divided into three spaces in a row: first an antechamber with two sinks, then the bathroom formely speaking along with its bathtub, and at the end, the toilets.

The neighborhood of this luxury loft for short-term rental still retains the trace of a Jewish presence that dates back to the thirteenth century. It has welcomed successive waves of immigrants, especially Ashkenazi Jews fleeing the late nineteenth century pogroms. The Rue des Ecouffes has thus becamo part of the "Pletzl", the "little place" in Yiddish, the beating heart of the community.
Le Marais is also the neighborhood of the magnificent mansions built in the 17th century, such as the Hotel Amelot de Bisseuil. The old gardens of these hotels have, sometimes, been reunited and opened to the public, as is the case of the Jardin des Rosiers Joseph Migneret, which is reached by the courtyard of the hotel de Coulanges.
It is still a former private mansion, the Hotel Hénault de Cantobre, which houses the European House of Photography. It hosts retrospectives that celebrate the big names of photos.
Not far from luxury loft for short-term rental, one can find two addresses of design and art of living with reputations that are well established: the shop Sentou rue François Miron, and the boutique Bien Fait, for exceptional wallpapers.
In terms of sustainability, the Marais is of course not left out. The Éclair de Génie pastry shop is there for sweet breakfast desires and sweet breaks. The kosher restaurant Rodchenko is on the same street as our luxury loft for short-term rental. For an original crepe on the go, head over to Princess Crepe, unless you prefer to take time to sit in a tea room like Le Loir dans la Théière.

We found the apartment to be wonderful. It’s location was very convenient to many things we wanted to do. It was great to have the living spaces , kitchen and laundry. I will recommend the apartment and the company to other people.
The apartment was exactly as appeared in the photos on the web site. It was very decorated very nicely. We enjoyed being in the middle of a lively neighborhood.
This was a great apartment for me and my two girlfriends from college. Great space, very quiet, would highly recommend. Well stocked and a great location.
Host were very responsive to our questions about the apartment and taxi issues- even on the weekends and a holiday! The location was great and overall the apartment met our needs.
