The house was very clean. It had its own terrace. The house had all the amenities such as coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron. As a neighborhood, it was a very high quality and nice neighborhood. Transportation was very easy.

I spent 4 days in this apartment with 2 children. Since we arrived in Paris very early, we were allowed to leave the suitcases in the apartment before check-in, which was very helpful. The apartment is located in a very beautiful area. Metro station is very close. But you can also reach a lot on foot. We felt very comfortable here and would highly recommend the apartment.
Beautiful stay in this comfortable and quiet apartment, located in one of the best areas of Paris for services, connections and safety. Excellent cleanliness. Apartment equipped with everything you need (including hand soap, detergent, toilet paper, towels, sheets) at no extra charge. Cecile was hospitable and courteous, always available and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommended place!!!
It's a very good apartment to enjoy Paris. There is a studio with a view and a small cute veranda. The linens were very clean. Recommended if you are looking for a cute room with originality!
Great place that felt just like home. Close to all the sights In Paris, close to the metro, the bathroom was a little cold otherwise all as in pictures, beautiful terrace added an extra romantic touch.
We had great time. Great neighborhood! Quiet building! We received clear instructions, easy and good communication with host agency, also got flexibility with check-in and out. The studio actually was more spacious than I expected from photos. Couch and chair were refurbished in grey and looking better. Bed and couch were very comfortable for sleeping. Heating is fast (end of October was needed from time to time). Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Many sockets. Wardrobe with hangers, ironing board, iron, fans (for summer), collapsible clothes dryer, hairdryer, nice Samsung TV (French channels mainly), however with smart view function, very good Wi Fi (over 90 Mbps), fridge (working fine); dishwasher and washing machine with dryer function (did not use them though). Toilet paper provided and we received pack of dish soap and sponges, dish towel, washing detergent and dishwasher tablets, soap, trash bags.
We had a very enjoyable stay at the apartment. It is a charming but quirky place that we will never forget. It is in a terrific neighborhood, has good basic amenities, was very clean and the managers were accessible and nice. Our only caution would be to older folks. It had very steep access stairs and a beam across the living area floor that had to be carefully stepped over. Overall, though, we were happy.
Loved this place so much it made me want to move to Paris !!! The location is amazing full of restaurants cafes and shopping !!! Beautiful little balcony as well clean space

Very nice apartment located on a convenient street. Close to many shops, restaurants and public transport. Warning for tall people though, the building is very old and the ceilings are quite low, my friend who is 195cm had to duck to get around! Otherwise lovely place.

This is a very nice property with a good location on a quite street. It is quite roomy and has a full sized dining table and chairs, which was great to have available for our 5 day stay . The bed and the sofa bed were both very comfortable. It was very quiet at night as well, as the windows were not facing the street. Linens and towels were provided, but there were no hand or dish soaps. An additional cleaning package was made available to purchase, or you can bring your own. We enjoyed the terrace, and had a good chuckle one morning when the upstairs neighbor started watering her plants not realizing we were below her drinking our early morning tea. She was very apologetic. Host originally said we would need to put a large additional security deposit down because my son was arriving before I was and would be getting the key instead of me. That was not in the listing, and upon further communication with Host that ended up not being an issue and no additional security deposit was taken. I appreciated that getting resolved. For awareness, there is one flight of steps to get to the apartment, in case you have difficulty carrying your bags. I would recommend this property.
Great location, nice apartment in a very quiet building. comfortable bed sofa (but the sheets you have to use for that are queen size bed sheets so double in dimension.) -very minimal in equipments ( you have to bring with you everything you may need in terms of soap,shampoo etc... kitchen paper and dish soap for the kitchen... or you can buy them from the owner!!!) Overall we loved our stay but considering also the 50€ extra rate for late check-in paid in cash at arrival i would say the apartment value for money is a little bit overpriced
