Just 2 minutes from the Arts et Metiers metro, sightseeing all of Paris is easy.

Excellent premises and full of artistic character. It is a very quiet area with many healthy food options in the vicinity, given that I am vegan it was perfect and did not need to cook or use the kitchen at all as there are many fine food outlets with ready prepared vegetarian and vegan meals. Re the complimentary wine, there was an opened half full bottle of red wine in the stairwell, which I did not think was supplied for the rental tenancy - there were no complimentary goods in the venue. Please thank the owners for an excellent stay. I left the premises in pristine order with minimal usage of towels etc. The apartment is beautiful and brilliant. I would definitely stay again.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay in this apartment and the management by VIP. We would definitely recommend the service to other people and already have. The apartment was certainly in excellent condition (thank you to the owner for making it available).

The area was a perfect location for our first visit to Paris.Easy to get around and easy to fulfill many shopping needs in the area. Great bakery just a couple doors down from apartment. The apartment was wonderful.a fabulous in bringing fun and interesting items into the home. Loved the uniqueness of it. Having an apartment was so much better than heading home at he end of a full day to a tiny hotel room. If you stay here definitely visit. Thank you for the excellence service you provided.
The apartment was everything outlined in the write- up by VIP. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with appliances , towels ample sized, hot water for showers and washer machine manageable. The location was handy to subway and attractions as advertised.
We had a wonderful time in this funky apartment. It was convenient to everything, but still quiet. I slept wonderfully! The apartment was so well equipped as well. There was nothing we felt we needed that we couldn't find someplace in the apartment. I should have added something to the guest comments book about the Monoprix that was very close and a great place for one stop groceries.
We loved the apt. and would stay there again. The deco was very trendy and we loved it.
This apartment was the most charming/interesting environment we could have hoped for. It was a joy to be surrounded by the art pieces and collectible furniture. I was really a highlight to have this apartment to return to at the end of each day. I think your agency is extremely professional and comprehensive in preparing us for our use of the apartment. Everything was as we expected.
