We had a great stay. The place was large and in a great neighborhood. Metro was close and there were a lot of restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and the host was friendly and respond. I would definitely recommend this place
We had an excellent stay at place. Communication prior to arriving was excellent and the personal check-in was a nice touch and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and perfect for the four of us. The beds are super comfortable. The location is close to many restaurants, shops, a supermarket and the major sights by either walking or taking the Metro which has multiple stations close to near by.
As a group of five, we were so happy to find this gem! It is so spacious for Paris! We loved having two full bedrooms and a sofa bed / living area. Everything is well thought out in the space with the coffee tables able to nest together and slide under the sofa bed to make walking space for occupants. It was helpful to have two showers, as well. We appreciated the washing machine and drying rack provided. I also made use of the iron and ironing board. Unfortunately, we visited during a heat wave but Gael provided us with fans for every room! The location cannot be beat!! There is so much to do and explore. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return!
Location was excellent and convenient. Note that the apartment is up two steep sets of stairs, and the small lift starts after the first stairs. Gael and his team were extremely helpful and accommodating.
Great stay! The place was clean and spacious for our group. The place was also close to restaurants, the metro, grocery, etc. Check in was easy and host (Romain) was so helpful. He gave helpful tips, directions, and was easy to communicate. One of our members left a laptop after checkout & Romain went to look for the laptop & dropped it off at the main office. We were able to retrieve the laptop, thank you so much!

The apartment was awesome! Great location, comfy beds and brand new appliances. Was a perfect hopping off spot for our family to explore Paris. Gael was incredibly responsive and accommodating. It is a bit noisy at night with the windows open but that is expected being in the city. With the windows closed it was quiet.
Great place to stay. Close to many metro lines and multiple things to do right around area. Felt very safe there. Place was very clean and spacious for a Paris apartment. There were two showers and sink but only one toilet. Kitchen was well stocked. Great stay.

Great walkable location. Lots of restaurants. Easy access to the metro. Comfortable place. Great for a family. We have 2 kids. 2 showers 1 toilet. Kitchen had everything we needed. Street is noisy. Lots of sirens. It was World Cup time so that may explain some of the noise.
I would highly recommend this apartment. It’s modern, clean, spacious (there were 3 of us) and the beds were comfortable. It’s in a brilliant location, we could walk to most sights, but there’s metro stations nearby. Also there’s a good supermarket and lovely cafes & restaurants. I’ll definitely book again when I return to Paris.

This apartment is lovely! Centrally located, very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Check-in was very easy. The only thing I’d advise is to bring earplugs for those not used to street noise sleeping in the front room. I would return!

A great located apartment to get out multiple locations, close to two subways that we used regularly. Great set up for family if 5 with 3 teenagers. Thanks for a great landing pad after a long day in Paris!
