Very good apartment for a couple!
The apartment was perfect for a couple and an infant. The location is super accessible by metro, very close to bakery, restaurants and supermarkets. Ludovic was very kind. Everything matched the description and photos, a plus is that the bed was really comfortable and they installed a crib for our baby. We'd come back anyway!
Beautiful house, clean, modern and well furnished/renovated. Perfect location, well connected to n. 4 metro lines, but in a side street and quiet. Very simple and flexible check-in. Comfortable self-checkout. Very satisfied.
Nice cozy place, would have liked to have seen some more basic essentials included (such as paper towels / coffee pods for the Nespresso machine), but overall good value.

After reading the reviews, I was skeptical it could really be that nice. But it was everything others have said - quiet, great location, very clean, comfortable bed, amazing shower and the space is filled with light. I was a little nervous being on the ground floor, but the courtyard was quiet and sunny most of the time - there seem to be almost no disturbances of any kind in the neighborhood. showed us everything including how to operate the smart tv, the dishwasher, the clothes washing machine, the coffee maker - pretty much everything. We’ll be back.
I was in Paris for a work trip and I found this place last minute. DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The place was super clean, the host was super friendly and super accommodating! There’s SO MUCH TO DO in the area! Any chance I got to walk around, I did! Great restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc nearby.

Perfect Location for visiting Paris
Your apartment was awesome. It was everything that we needed to really enjoy our week in Paris. The location was perfect - close to the Metro, many coffee shops and restaurants nearby, grocery stores and shops all with it short walking distances. Very convenient to a visitor just wanting to experience the beautiful and romantic city that Paris is. You made the reservation process easy with your timely communication, instructions and directions. The personal touch of you being there upon our arrival to explain everything inside your apartment and the surrounding area was a very pleasant surprise. In summary, we cannot thank you enough for making our vacation truly a once in a lifetime experience. Would go back again and recommend to all.

Good modern apartment in the heart of the Marais, close to the Seine and close to many good restaurants. The listing information accurately displays what you will see when you arrive. It is an ideal spot for a couple to explore Paris for a few days. We stayed for 11 days in early October, 2022 and were happy with the choice we made.
Wonderful place! Awesome location in a courtyard, absolutely clean, great space and style, everything needed on location (except: soap and some cooking basics, as opposed to the description). However, you may buy additional bathroom or kitchen kits. 2 things to mention though: 1) The courtyard is very quiet, but I wish I'd been told there was a noisy building site starting every morning shortly before 8am, and 2) that late arrivals cost way more than the 30€ mentioned in the description, so if your flight has the bad idea to be delayed and you arrive after 10pm you'll pay 50€, and after midnight a further 50€ (if they make the kind exception to still take you on, you can be happy).
This place is a really located in the heart of Paris. We had four nights in this beautiful apartment. It was spotless and very tidy and clean. It was stocked with all the necessaries that you would ask for. The apartment is located in a small courtyard away from the street. One thing to note is, that is located on ground floor - but still really private. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. Super responsive communication in English. We can only recommend this beautiful apartment in the heart in Paris.
My sister and I had an amazing stay in this apartment! It was a great location, very close to the metro and to many great restaurants and shops. The apartment is very newly updated, clean, and is accurate to the photos. Communication with Host was easy and helpful!
The apartment is in a wonderful location. And the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Very nice design with all the amenities you need. This apartment is run by a company not a homeowner so just to say you won’t have that personal touch. The apartment is in a building that is under construction but I only experienced some mild noise on one occasion.
