We stayed for a week with kids and it was peaceful and safe. The apartment looks bigger in photos but it was comfortable enough for our family.

Incredible brand new apartment! Great location (~100m away from main shopping street). A ton of great restaurants and cafes near by. Very big for Paris - we stayed here as a couple and had a ton of room to spread out. Super fast internet. Brand new with nice furnishing. Quiet at night - highly recommended.
