This is our second time staying in this building... We've enjoyed two different apartments, and both were wonderful! Modern, clean, comfortable, and full of light are just a few of the things that come to mind... The location couldn't be better, away from the tourist hordes yet close to everything... We look forward to returning every time we visit Paris!

Beautiful design with premium, modern amenities whilst maintaining a classic feel. Good bedrooms with king beds make it comfortable for two couples plus there's the sofa bed. Handy to metro and all the Marais has to offer. Building is located on a busy street but traffic noise is never intrusive. Would stay here again with no hesitation.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spotless and chic! The linens were luxurious and there was a lot of closet space. This building was very secure- with two card-key doors to enter the building. The kitchen area might look small from the pictures, but it had everything we needed- including a very large refrigerator & freezer- such a nice surprise! The neighborhood is also great, as there are a lot of locals- and not the tourist price. The apartment is 2 minutes from the metro. Walk away with some amazing restaurants and peaceful setting. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Paris.
Stayed 3 nights in this lovely and large Paris apartment with my wife and two teenage daughters. Check-in was easy by meeting with Cecile at the front door. She showed us how to work everything and gave us clear instructions. The apartment has all wood floors, air conditioning throughout, and a full-size refrigerator and freezer. The apartment is adjacent to the canal and very close to the Metro station. There are 4 nearby outdoor cafes/bars and be quite loud on some nights. There is a Market on a few blocks away. The apartment building feels very safe with multiple key fob doors to pass through before getting to the apartments. We would stay here again next time we are in Paris.

Host was amazing at the walk through. Very though and did an amazing job explaining everything about the flat. I was not aware we were soooo close to the Bastille metro stop and it allowed us to freely roam Paris. Also, it’s .3 miles away from the Monprix (like Target in the US). We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Paris.
We spent a couple of days in Paris and choose Host Opera Apartment. Host greeted us and he was patiently waiting as our train was delayed. Check-in was easy and Romain provided great directions to the apartment to the Metro station near the apartment, which is literally across the street. The place was super clean, it is very modern and very convenient to the Paris Metro Station. It is in the Bastille Area and there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Thursdays and Sundays they have a local market with fresh products, bread, and great french classics. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice and relaxing stay in Paris.
Great apartment and great location. Newer and more modern so doesn’t have the Paris charm that other apartments have but everything else is very nice. So close to the hip Marais neighborhood. Very clean and great communication. they quickly got me in. I would stay again based on location. cleanliness, communication, and overall nice place.
Great apartment! Very clean and modern design. Beds and linens are all very comfortable. Perfect for two couples. There is one en-suite full bathroom with shower, one shower/sink room and one separate w/c with a small sink. The water pressure in the showers is fantastic! It’s basically a 2nd floor apartment with a long, narrow balcony. It’s nice to sit outside and have morning coffee even though the street is very busy. I live in NYC so the street noise didn’t bother me at all and the building is very quiet. It’s a great apartment close to a a major Metro stop so convenient to anywhere. Check-in was super easy with a greeter. Highly recommend!
Fantastic and spacious apartment that was great for my husband and I and our 2 adult children. Everything you need to cook and do laundry is available. The patio view was a nice tree line and with doors shut, the street noise was mostly blocked making it easy to fall asleep in the generously sized comfortable beds. The metro was so close that access to other arrondissements was very easy.
