Everything was clean, and on time, and they let us have our suitcases in the hotel on the day of departure. The hostesses are so charming and helpful. The hall has a vending machine and sofas to stay. The kitchenette is handy and equipped. The views of the street are so nice and it is near three metro stations and a bus stop in a very welcoming and well-communicated neighbourhood. Better ask for help before you use the air-conditioning system and the dishwasher.A very nice and comfy place to be at almost the heart of Paris.

First receptionist we met was very friendly and welcoming. The others are okay. Bathroom was a bit basic but very clean, I liked amenities and plenty of hot water. Very handy location but quiet. I will go back definitely. My friend arrived earlier than me who booked and paid, and she could not go in to the room until I arrive. They could have phoned / emailed me to confirm my companion. Also, the link didn’t work in their pre-check in emails so I could not.
Very good for a business trip, you can have a small kitchen in your room and this is useful. Located close to the metro, it's very easy to reach the Le Marais area and other nice places. The staff is kind and the service very good. I perceive the feeling of a higher-level hotel. I think that place a couple of electric sockets close to the bed could be useful for those who need to have the phone charging during the night. I had some of them, but far from my side of the bed. Apart of this, everything was looking fine for me.

We lived on the 5th floor with a view to the street and the park. The room was bright and the view was perfect. There is a bus stop in front of building and bus goes to the city centre directly and the subway is only a few minutes’ walk. On Saturdays, one of the biggest markets in city is held just a few steps from the hotel. The windows were not cleaned.
The room was spacious and really clean! Very quiet at night too even the we were on the ground floor! We enjoyed our stay.

Room on top floor facing back side and wonderful view to rooftops and the Eiffel Tower in the distance. airy, nice furnishing and bed. More cups and glasses for the kitchen area would save starting the dishwasher after every meal.

This hotel suited us perfectly. There is lots of room, it’s warm and comfortable, has windows that open, a kitchenette for preparing the occasional snacks when we were too tired from sightseeing to go out and is very close to 3 or 4 metros. I would definitely stay here again if I were lucky enough to visit Paris again!
