Good location. Is very near to Gaite station. Jusr 50m. There is free hot cholocate n coffee in the lobby 24/7. There is bsth tub in the bathroom too.
The location is great and there are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Montparnasse trainstation is just across the street and Metro line 4 is very close. It also looked quite safe.
