Its a great apartment in a great location. Nastasia is a super hostess, warm and knowledgeable. And she allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment while it was being cleaned so we could go out until the apartment was ready without dragging our luggage around. Super stay in Paris.

This apartment was situated in a great right or hood, walkable to shops and restaurants, and not in a touristy part of Paris. Nastasia greeted me at check in and explained everything clearly and in very detailed fashion. The apt is huge! High vaulted ceilings, big kitchen and living area, 3 large bedrooms, and 2 nice sized bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again. Nastasia was always available to answer questions via text and super friendly and helpful!
We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and made our stay stress-free. The place was clean and she hosted us well. She met us at the place on the day of check in and gave us a tour explaining how everything worked which made us feel right at home. We were provided with a list of good local restaurants and activities. We would not hesitate to book here again.

Location is central and well connected to several metros stations, all within walking distance (500m), very easy to access Paris must-see / must-do. Apartment is of decent sized and well equipped for our family of 6 across 3 generations. Host was responsive and polite. Strongly recommend for families and individuals traveling in group.

The location of this apt can’t be beat! Close to the metro and a 10-20 min walk to shopping, sightseeing, great restaurants. The house is stocked well for making breakfast for a quick meal. The host, Marie, was so helpful and even helped us setting up babysitting and restaurant reservations! Highly recommend this spot.
We had a lovely stay at the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood. Everything was close and convenient and our hosts met us and sent us off with great hospitality. Would stay again!

Wonderful ground floor apartment: no stairs, no tiny elevator, just roll your suitcases right in to a beautiful, quiet, apartment just steps away from the finest shopping and dining in the city! Very centrally located within walking distance of many great tourist sites, but still quiet so you can rest at night! Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again! Communication with the hosts was responsive and helpful.
We were a family of 6 vacationing from the US and absolutely loved everything about this apartment! Fred was the perfect greeter and gave us a nice bottle of wine and flowers on our arrival. The apartment is very modern, spacious, and in a nice location with many great restaurants and the Bon Marche within a few short blocks. We hope to stay here again on a future vacation since we enjoyed the apartment and Paris so much!
Such a wonderful location and enjoyable stay! Three generations on holiday and the accommodations were excellent for our needs. The unit was well designed, the beds were comfortable, and having a washing machine/dryer made a big difference. We could walk to many places and the transit system was nearby. The price was very reasonable and the apartment fit our needs and our family very well.
Loved that we were greeted by a member of host, flowers and a bottle of wine. Extremely safe and quiet neighborhood. Close to Metro/bus stops, and so many amenties and our favorite places! The local merchants were friendly and helpful. Kitchen necessities all there if you want to cook breakfast or dinner.
