Beautiful apartment. Very quiet.. The sofa bed is of very good quality. The area is very friendly with different metro lines nearby. On the restaurant side, there is something for everyone. I recommend it.
Fantastic apartment in a wonderful area in the heart of downtown, but super quiet. Very friendly and helpful host, waited in the entrance. Early check-in. Super clean apartment! Then there was everything, washer-dryer, dishwasher, very comfortable sofa bed. We almost always moved on foot, being in a strategic area. Nothing to say, when we return to Paris, we know where to go!
We were guests some days and we were pleasantly surprised by this accommodation, recommended for those who need comfortable and comfortable support for the night after a day out in town.

Thanks for this apartment, it’s really good. All furniture are clear, including bathroom. And location is fine, I mean bakery, supermarket, metro station, some sightseeing all is near, just a few minutes from apartment. For sure, I will stay here again next time!
Well-located studio with easy access by metro or on foot. The area is lovely. The place is ideal for short stays and makes it easy to enjoy the capital. The studio has all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. It matches the descriptions. Our stay therefore went extremely well.

100% perfect
Stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. It is small (very high ceilings) but this is clearly mentioned in the description and it is Paris ;). For one/two persons perfect. Ideal location close to metro station line number 7 which will take you to all main touristic points of the city (Louvre, Opera, Galleries Lafayette). There was no issue with getting the keys (your key provider will text you 2-3 days before to make sure nothing has changed at your site and so that you will have his phone number which super useful) and the all details regarding usage of the apartment were very clear. It is situated on the ground floor with a view on peaceful courtyard. Very quite place in a noisy and busy Paris but be careful - you can hear neighbours talking upstairs (also rented apartment for tourists). For me this was not a problem and it was only for a moment but if you are sensitive for noises it may be an issue for you. It is clean (sterile bathroom ;)), well maintained, modern. The bed for me was very comfortable. For me a place to stay next time.
This lovely studio is a quiet haven just off a busy main street close to the metro and in walking distance to the Seine. It has everything you need, a well equipped kitchen and beautiful and new bathroom. I fully recommend!
