We loved our stay, the apartment felt really cosy and homely, with real nice art on display. While small, the place is very well organized and you do not feel at all squeezed, rather the opposite. The arrival and departure went very smoothly, thanks to a very well organized team on site, extremely friendly too. Metro station is very nearby, as well as many places to eat and drink, in the heart of the lively. Many thanks, we hope to come back at a next occasion !

The apartment's location is perfect. Everything is a walking distance. The hosts are fabulous. Sure if we're going to visit Paris again, this will be our stay.
This place was honestly so perfect for my first solo trip to Paris! It’s right next to 2 metro stations and the arc de triomphe on the Champs Elysee, it’s a card access only building so I felt so safe, it was so nice being greeted like a friend every time the front desk saw me, and the apt is fully stocked with literally anything you would need. Plus it’s gorgeous which is just the host on top. Will 1000% try to stay here again on my next visit.
The location is superb! We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were able to walk to many attractions we wanted to see and felt safe the entire trip. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes to shop as well!

Wonderful place to stay right near the Arc, Subway, several bike&scooter parking locations for tier, lime, and dott. Can’t recommend it enough.
The location was terrific - just around the corner from the arc de triumph. The apartment is very spacious. Perfect for couples or the solo traveler. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The building next door is under construction, but it was not much of a nuisance. Overall, we could not ask for a better place to stay.

Need to start with - photos do not do this listing justice! The place is PERFECT. It’s a lot bigger than the pictures suggest. For 2 people we had plenty of space for our multiple suitcases. Lobby is basically a 24 hour concierge as if it’s a hotel. Location is 10/10. East walk everywhere and a subway entrance down the street. Air conditioning works so well. Washer/dryer unit was fantastic to utilize while staying. Can’t say anything bad. It was truly perfect.
Easy check-in and check-out. Very clean and lovely room. The common area downstairs is a great spot to relax too.
The Location is just amazing, right next to champs Élysée. Everything needed is available at the apartment and there’s a 24/7 reception in the complex. I would come visit again at any time
