We had such a great time staying here! Clara met us at the apartment and was so nice and hospitable. Lovely touches like fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and chocolate greeted us. The space was lovely and as described. Such a central/perfect location, everything we wanted to do was in walking distance and the metro is around the corner. The gardens are lovely and great for people watching. My favorite touch was the fluffy white bathrobes in each of our rooms. I lived in mine! The place is as described in the description, steep stairs down to the kitchen, but it’s sweet, and there is some noise from the street, but I’m from new York city so it didn’t bother me. Would def stay here again!
The most perfect accommodation that is quiet & central in all of Paris! It was so beautiful, It is an absolute gem & being in the center of it was really good value for a family of four. We were greeted with a bottle of red wone, fresh peonies & hydrangeas & fresh croissants. That was a very nice welcome. The girls were very responsive when we asked questions & needed electric fans delivered ( done quickly ). Wifi works but a little slow uploads for videos. We were very happy with our 10 day stay. Merci!

From our initial greeting to leaving after week we had a fantastic time in the apartment. Everything was as described. All appointments were quality and beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this fantastic location with easy access to Metro, major attractions and all amenities. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a location close to everything in Paris.
Excellent central location, subway and RER in walking distance, very clean and tidy, beautiful garden right in your backyard. A little small for four adults, however we would go back again. The team was accessible via email and reliable.

Fantastic location hundreds of restaurants in walking distance. A stroll to the Paris and the Left Bank. Easy access o a metro. A short walk to Galleries Lafayette. Definitely recommend.
Perfect location with right out your back door. Beautiful and we felt safe no matter when we came & went. Very easy to get around to all the sites from this location. The beds were comfortable and shower pressure was wonderful.

Beautiful, centrally located Paris apartment was the perfect size for our family of four. Easily accessible to the main sights of Paris and transportation as well. Beds and linens were comfortable, apartment was clean, water pressure for shower was very good. We enjoyed this and appreciated the flowers and wine as a welcome gift. We were disappointed the dryer was broken during our stay and this affected our ability to do laundry as planned.
This apartment is all about the location. Open the front doors and you are in the gardens of the Palais Royal – what a fabulous experience!
Very good, the house is located in the attractions of the Royal Park, the transportation is very convenient, the owner is very careful, the room facilities are special, and the coffee, wine, sound, etc., the stay is very good. And the landlord is particularly friendly and responds to our news in a timely manner. The people who received us were also very friendly, carefully explaining how to use the in-room equipment and so on. very good!

My family had a very pleasant stay here.. the location was great and host was very friendly. Most of the key attractions(Louvre museum, Garnier.. etc) in Paris were located within walkable distance, so we didn’t really have to take taxi or bus during our trip. Would love to visit here again:)!
This place is a gem! It is spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. It is small but perfectly formed. You have to be able to negotiate the steep stairs, but they add to the charm. It is a real treat to be right in the cloisters of the Palais Royale. Restaurants and the gardens right outside the door and walking distance to everything. Highly recommend staying here.
A wonderful apartment in absolutely a prime location, just minutes walk to the Lourvre, Seine River and so much more. We walked everywhere we wanted to visit. The apartment was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. As a French friend commented, “this is perfect!”
If you want Paris on your doorstep, then book this apartment now. The most wonderful location, right in the heart of the city. We had our coffee by a water fountain every morning, delicious from the cafe next door. Although a little noisy at night (bring earplugs!) we felt safe and slept well. Can’t beat the location, walkable everywhere or easy access to multiple metro stops. Very nice/safe neighborhood and house had everything we needed for two couples. Kitchen a little tight space wise but really wasn’t a problem. We brought a few meals back with us to heat up and ate in the living room. One day trip recommendation we highly recommend is a trip to Sceaux which is just a short train ride away and you will feel like you’ve left Paris for a rural village with amazing bakeries, fruit shops and a nice Chateau to visit.
We had a great stay at this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, in a wonderful location at the jardin du Palais Royale! The apartment was impeccably clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was very kind to leave a bottle of wine and Madeleine’s as well. We had a couple of maintenance issues during our stay, most of which were repaired quickly and without trouble. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you!!
