House even more beautiful than you can see in pictures. Very clean, very quiet, exceptional location, shops and market very close to home. Beautiful stay!
It is super quiet, away from the street, with lots of afternoon sun. A classic apartment building, with a modern renovation inside the apartment. The location is great - a stone's throw from Marche Des Enfant Rouge and other great food spots. It is wonderful to stay in a real neighborhood versus on the tourist strip, yet its an easy walk to many sites and everything is accessible by metro.

Fabulous location with many great restaurants around. peaceful at night. Thomas met us at the flat, carried my bag upstairs, and thoroughly went over the details. Would definitely recommend with 5 stars!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is well equipped and has a lot of brightness. The building is lovely. About is perfect, there are plenty of good cafes, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. It is close to 3 metro stations so it's easy to get around. Communication with the agency is prompt and efficient. I'm really recommending this apartment!
The Black Pearl is all about location. Perfectly situated in Paris amongst tons of restaurant, bars, shopping - it is a lovely destination. Home looks just like the photos - comfortably appointed for a couple of single traveler. Thanks to Laurent and Gregory for our stay!
Centrally located, multiple options for metro and public transport access. The apartment is very similar to the pictures, has fantastic light, spacious and as mentioned on multiple reviews, the bathroom water pressure is great! Additionally, the Neighborhood is wonderful with many options for eating, drinking and general exploration. The company managing the apartment is very communicative, made the check in process very smooth and even extended our check out! As mentioned in previous reviews, no toiletries except for an abundance of toilet paper and towels as provided so plan accordingly. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful, light filled space in a wonderful part of Paris. Apartment is well thought out and equipped (strong wifi, cable tv, washer/dryer, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, Nespresso machine and pots and pans). Bathroom shower is a dream with very good water pressure and plenty of clean towels. Bedroom has a nice sized closet and the bed is large and comfortable. Check in/out was smooth and I appreciated host accommodating my early arrival. Thank you!
