Thanks to the metro, you can visit all of Paris and its region. Indeed, Paris has so much to offer you: Montmartre and the Sacré-Coeur, the Grands Boulevards their stores (Printemps, Galeries Lafayette), the Place de la Concorde, the Champs-Elysées, the Arc de Triomphe, the Trocadéro, the Eiffel Tower, the Champs de Mars, the Tour Montparnasse, the Invalides, the Quai Branly Museum, the Musée d'Orsay, the Panthéon, the Luxembourg Garden, the Tuilleries Garden, etc. Out of Paris you will visit the Chateau de Versailles and its gardens as well as Disneyland Paris. You will also take advantage of all cultural and sport events.
Le Marais, it's the festive, fashion, artistic and gastronomic Paris. Located in the Heart of Paris, you will be few minutes walking distance from Beaubourg, the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris and the Musée du Louvre.

Nearest metro station (2 minutes walk) is Filles du Cavlair (line 8).
With Chatelet, the biggest Parisian station, you will be at 5 minutes from the RER A, B et D and lines 1, 4, 7, 11 et 14.

Great location and appartment.
We had such a great time at Nectar! The place is gorgeous and in an incredible location. Be prepared to climb the 3 flights of stairs, but it’s absolutely worth it! There’s a great kitchen and living area, and lots of bathrooms - 2 fulls and one with just a sink and shower. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone and hope to be back some day!
Great apartment , we shall come back
This apartment was exactly as you expect from description. Rooms were clean and everything was functioning as you expected. Host will welcome you and show you amenities. There is no elevator and it's located on third floor so if you are not young, this might be an issue. Location was great. Within 1-2 minutes walk, you have grocery store, laduree, nice restaurants, cheese shops etc. 5 minutes walk to subway which does not have elevator but we survived with stroller. Subway line is also same line to take you most of major sightseeing place includes Luvre, Arch, Champs-Elyeeze, Effel etc. Highly recommend.
This is a great apartment, in one of the best neighborhoods to stay in in Paris. Host was prompt and easy to work with for check in and check out, and we had no problems with the apartment during our stay. This was extremely comfortable for 6, and even worked well for 8 people. Would highly recommend any group or family to stay here.
This apartment is great for large families or groups - 3 reasonable sized bedrooms, a large en-suite bedroom off the main, & another two bathrooms (but one toilet). Also separate kitchen/meals & lounge area - the furniture in the lounge is becoming used/dated looking but everything was very clean. Netflix was available too which was great. It’s located close to 2 metro stations & metres away from several great restaurants. A friend came to visit & she commented that the apartment is huge by Paris standards. Thanks for the great apartment & I highly recommend this one!
Great modern apartment in a wonderful part of Paris. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was really nice for the 6 people we had. We loved how close it was to the many cafes and shops in the Marais! Would definitely stay there again!
Nice location and nice place. It is up several flights of stairs so be aware if you have difficulty with stairs. The building is clean in a nice locations. Very comfortable.

The apartment was just as the pictures show, comfortable beds, brilliant showers and in a vibrant part of Paris. Communication was good and a friendly host was there on arrival to show us around. We would highly recommend Gael’s property.
The apartment was lovely. We were a combined family of 3 different households and everyone had their own space and it was easy living. The 2 kids slept comfortably on the pull out sofa, and we were all able to sit around the kitchen table and enjoy meals together. The apartment was located near to République subway with easy access to all metro and RER lines. It was on the 3rd floor therefore getting your luggage up and down was hard, but worth the effort.
