The apartment is clean and modern, 4 bedrooms so great for a family. It is in a great location near the metro, cafes, restaurants and super markets. We had a wonderful time in Paris.

I stayed at this apartment with my daughter and three soon to be daughters in Law for a weekend of shopping, eating and fun. The apartment was perfect for the five of us. Very spacious, comfortable, clean and the location is great. We walked everywhere, but it is also close to the metro. The hosts were very helpful upon arrival and keep the apartment in top quality condition.

We enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood felt safe and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. It was a comfortable stay for 8 with plenty of toilets and showers. We would definitely stay there again next time in Paris.
My friends and I (7 women total) had a wonderful stay at Ludovic’s place. There was plenty of room for us to hang out, enjoy meals together, plenty of bathrooms and showers, good heating, a fully equipped kitchen. Check in was easy and flexible and it was very helpful to have a few sets of keys. The location - a few minute walk to several metro stations was, near lots of cute shops and restaurants, was perfect. We would all stay there again in a heartbeat!
This was an exquisite property in a wonderful location. We had a group of 8 family members and everyone was comfortable and felt at home. The kitchen was perfect and allowed us to cook some wonderful family meals. The apartment is conveniently located, close to shopping and dining and transportation. First class property all the way! Thanks for helping us to make so many lovely memories in such beautiful surroundings.

Fabulous location! I came on a girls trip and there were a total of 5 women. Was wonderful to have so much room to spread out and really feel at home. This apartment is sparkling clean with very comfortable beds! The location was perfect! We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space for all 8 of us. The mattresses were amazingly comfortable, which was much appreciated after walking around Paris all day. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the ease in taking the Metro, using all 3 lines that are very close to the apartment. Would definitely stay here again!
Our stay in Paris was to celebrate the birthdays of 15 and 75 year old family members, in total we were a party of six in need of four bedrooms. It was a great place to stay, the bedrooms are well separated from each other and the location was ideal for visiting the various other arrondissements of Paris. The communication overall was good and the few questions we asked for advice were promptly answered.

Great apartment in an accessible part of Paris (close to République and Temple). he was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is a good size for 5-7 people but would be tight with any more than that. Also it was lovely to have a space to hang out with an open plan living room and dining room. Would recommend for a large family or group of friends. Would stay again!

Very nice apartment in a Great Location of Paris.
What a delight! A beautifully appointed, brand new and elegant space. We were absolutely thrilled with this apartment which perfectly catered for our group. Apartment was on a stylish but quiet street, with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, metro, wine shop and beautiful park with playground all within a 5 minute walk. On the edge of the district meant more beautiful places to browse and dine. On the pricier side but the ease of contact and welcome from the host made the overall experience so hassle free and simple. We would definitely stay again.
