We loved this place! It was perfect for our family a lot of space, walking distance to a lot of sights and restaurants, clean and quiet. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paris!
There is enough space for family to live in Paris, and the accommodation is very pretty. The location is okay, so it's convenient to live.
apartment was perfect for our family of four, it was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a location with lots of wonderful sights within east walking distance. The building is very secure and the lift access made it very easy, especially on super hot days when we’d been walking for hours. Gregory was easy to communicate with, he was helpful with check in and also gave us tips on where to eat, shop etc. As previously mentioned no basics, dishwashing detergent, clothes washing liquid or soap etc are supplied but there’s a good supermarket just around the corner. We throughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it!
We loved our stay in this place. The host accommodated our early arrival and the apartment was beautifully clean with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for seeing many of Paris's big attractions by foot or rented bike. The neighbourhood is really cool and great for foodies. We stayed with our two children aged 2 and 3 years and the lift made made getting up and down to and from the apartment easy. There are a few big drops from windows so kids do need to be supervised if they are open but this was easily manageable for us. The only minor downside I can think of is there is no air conditioning and it was pretty hot the week we stayed but there was a fan supplied and that was sufficient most of the time. Thanks for a wonderful stay in beautiful place!

A beautiful place to stay in the heart of Paris. Close to metro and train stations as well as lots of restaurants. The tall windows opening out on to little balconies were wonderful, with a picturesque view of buildings opposite, as well as letting lots of fresh air in. The apartment was very stylishly furnished with everything that we needed for our stay. Lovely little lift was perfect for suitcases and tired legs!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect, the apartment was very clean and easy to navigate. We liked it so much, we will continue booking it for work trips in the upcoming months!
We had a really nice 8 night stay at the apartment. The apartment was clean and is a nice mix of traditional and funky and is equipped with a queen size bed in the rear bedroom and a sofa bed that converts to at least a double size bed in one of the front living rooms. All linen and towels provided were fresh and laundered. The 3 main rooms are very spacious by standards and have windows which fully open inwards which was nice to be able to get some cooler air inside but the bathroom and toilet are squishy. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric cooktop, toaster etc but beware there's no provisions such as cooking oil. There's a large Monoprix supermarket only a 5 minute walk away on Rue de Sebastopol. There's several Metro stations within 5-10 minutes walk and the big Chatelet-Les Halles station is about 15 minutes walk. There's plenty of restaurants nearby and a great Bo & Mie bakery on Rue de Turbigo about 5 mins away which was good for a yummy breakfast. There's no air conditioning as mentioned in the description and only one portable fan was provided. We found two fans were needed as the apartment warmed up during the day (we had daytime outside temps up to about 27 deg) and the noise from the street was too loud to have the windows open during the nightime. The apartment is up on the 4th floor with great views up and down the street and is serviced by a small lift which is adequate for suitcases. Overall, a really nice apartment in a traditional Haussmannian building in the centre of Paris within easy reach of the main sights. We would definitely stay there again but probably not in the hot summer months.

Beautiful designer apartment in a central location in Paris. So nice to have a lift for my family of four with two young children. The apartment itself is tastefully designed and spacious. It is quite loud at night, with lots of night life and sirens below. Definitely the trade off for being in such a central location. Communication with the property managers was overall positive.
This is a great apartment perfect for two couples or a family of four. Good location and beautifully designed. There is a small elevator as it is on the 4th floor. We'd definitely come back here if we come back to Paris.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was great. Great design, very recently gorgeously renovated, and very clean. Close to everywhere. Also, the building has an elevator, so, score. Right next to a great neighborhood for the nightlife, also modern bars and lounges. Very friendly Host helpful staff. Overall, it was a perfect stay.
First time in Paris for me and my family. Traveled with my wife, daughter, and mother in law. Trust that this apartment is located in a very good area with lots of places near by to eat, grab coffee, drinks, see sights, etc. For us, it was very walkable to everything we wanted to see. A tad noisy in the evenings, especially for anyone sleeping in either of the living rooms, but I imagine that is almost everywhere in Paris. I think that is a trade off depending on the neighborhoods you are looking at staying. Full, functional kitchen. Washer (hang dry on racks, bring your own detergent). GREAT SHOWER! I would stay here again.
