This apartment is PERFECT for families. We stayed with our 2 children and had an amazing stay. The apartment offers 2 large bedrooms and two identical but separate bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need and offered plenty of fridge and freezer space for a short stay. This apartment is on the 3rd floor (which as I learned is actually the 4th floor) and the stairs are rather steep. We certainly got our workout going up and down these multiple times a day. The entrance to the building is from the main street which is accessed by a set of doors and a code and then you have another set of doors and code to walk up the stairs to the apartment- this made our stay feel very safe. The washer/dryer is a single unit and we found that the clothes did not dry very well (which was not a big deal as there was a large drying rack). The location is the highlight of this apartment. There are multiple restaurants, shops, bakeries, and grocery stores within a few miles.
I have rented a lot of places on apartment over the years. To be honest, I was perhaps slightly worried about some of the past reviews. Some people commented about how many stairs it was to walk up to the apartment. This is typical of French buildings so get used to it. After eating everything in Paris a few extra stairs were good to burn the calories. Some people commented about the owners being rude. The opposite experience for us. Everything was easy from meeting at the apartment to get the keys and tour to check out. Some people commented how the owners asked them for money to pay for products like shampoo and soap. It’s common to bring your own. If you want full services and someone to make the bed daily, go to to a hotel. The apartment is in the perfect location. Clean and with nice beds, sheets and towels. The shower and hot water is excellent. The kitchen was stocked with wine glasses, champagne glasses and a Nespresso machine ready to be used. We will return to Paris again next year and be renting from them again 100%. This might be one of the best apartments we have ever rented.

Great central location within walking distance of a wide variety of sites. The area itself is lively and picturesque, with cafes and shops less than a block away. The apartment is three floors up with no elevator but it's a very small price to pay for a great view and the airiness that comes with being on an upper floor. It was perfectly clean and well supplied with towels and linens. Communication was flawless and we were met at our arrival by someone who took all the time needed to explain the ins and outs of the unit to the last detail. Highly recommended.
We very much enjoyed using your flat for our recent Paris visit. The location was fabulous. The apartment was as advertised and large enough for two couples to be very comfortable. While the stairs where tiring after a long day of sightseeing, being up and above the night time street noise made for an enjoyable evening experience. It would have been nice to have had the flat better appointed with cleaning and hygiene products but the close proximity to grocery stores made this easy to remedy. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience. It was a pleasure and we would definite consider using this apartment again in the future.

The location is wonderful, next to lots of great eateries and shops. The apartment is cute and charming and satisfied the needs of my family. The stairs can definitely be a little challenge after a long day of walking around the city, just be prepared to walk up three flights of stairs. Checking in and out was very easy. Would definitely stay here again. Merci beaucoup!
We stayed with 4 people in the apartment and we really enjoyed it. 2 Bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the seating area, which has super comfy seatings for everyone. The area and restaurants around the apartment is fantastic ?
