Everything in perfect order and always ready to support what we needed. It was really clear from the beginning and everything was in order that we had a very nice and comfortable stay. We would come back! The place is as described and there is everything nearby in addition to the metro stations a few minutes to walk and the beautiful and very quiet area. As we were with a baby the elevator helped quite a lot to get down and up the stroller, it's a super detail and plus that is always appreciated.

This was my third stay here. I like the calm neighborhood right near the Musee Picasso. A charming small neighborhood restaurant is just a block and a half away and the St Paul metro just a walk of 3 blocks, giving easy access to the rest of the city. I especially like the use of an elevator. Plus a separate bath and WC is very convenient when there are 2 or more guests. Gregory was very responsive by text to any questions we had. I hope to return there.

I spent a month in this host place. It is perfectly situated in the Marais, the neighbourhood is lovely and the street is quiet at night. The appartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable! 100% recommend
Really good location in the Marais. Newly renovated apartment, nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Very small bathroom. Kitchen could have a few more basic utensils (no chopping board, only one tea towel for 5 days...).
