very high quality apartment, very well equipped, comfortable bed & pillows, excellent location. Introduction process by Fred very informative & helpful. Plentiful amenities.
Wonderful apartment! Very clean, and a perfect location near museums, shops and restaurants, and especially great for strolls along the river. The appliances are very up-to-date for those who want to take some meals in the suite and to do laundry. We loved our stay here! Also, the service was top notch from start to finish: we were greeted at the unit and every question was promptly answered.
Our second stay in this comfortable and convenient apartment was just as delightful as the first time. It’s very well equipped, and in a perfect location for easy walking or Metro transportation all over the city. Plus, the small surrounding streets are full of extraordinary antique shops that offer a unique window shopping glimpse into the past.
The apartment was such a wonderful find! It was easy to access, in a quiet, safe neighborhood and within walking distance to the Lourve. We loved everything about it – it was spacious, beautifully furnished and was equipped with everything one would need to feel relaxed and comfortable. Our host was thorough, knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a lovely place to stay and for incredible customer service.
It was really an amazing apartment! It has an elevator and air conditioning in living room. We were there during heat wave and needed it badly. Very unusual for Paris. Our host Fred was so helpful and welcoming! I just can’t say enough about how great this apartment is! Joey Roberts
The apartment is in a great location. Really central to everything. The Metro and RER lines were nearby, though we preferred to walk most of the time. Eric Kayser is around the corner as well as a few neighborhood bistros. A few supermarket chains were also a 5 minute walk away and very convenient for basic necessities. The apartment itself is newly renovated. All appliances were new and easy to use. The apartment was well-maintained and very clean when we arrived. However, the mattress in the bedroom was too soft and a bit lumpy for my liking. The bathroom was clean and the hot water and heater was welcome during the cold weather. Host was readily available to answer any questions we had as well as the little booklet they prepared for guests’ reference. I will always consider apartment host when I come to Paris
Fabulous stay in an awesome area. Very quiet area that’s super accessible to everything to do in Paris. Lots of bistro and restaurants around the area. Bakery and market within a block. Highly recommended!!!
This apartment is exactly as advertised – just a block away from the Seine and a short walk to the Musée d’Orsay and the metro. It is cozy and comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy our week in Paris.
Your comments (to be published): This beautiful, spacious apartment is perfectly located and planned with care. We loved the location: surrounded by interesting antique shops and quiet side streets, yet just a block away from the Seine and a short walk to the #1 metro line. The apartment is light and fresh, with new, convenient appliances that work really well, and a very nice shower! This is a place to which you are happy to come home after a long day strolling the streets, shops of Paris!
This is a comfortable apartment for two people, very well located and in a great neighborhood. Fred is an excellent host and was very quick to answer questions during our stay. It’s our second stay with Paris Vacation Rentals (our first was a 3 BR in the same neighborhood for a family group) and we believe that their apartments offer great value for the money. You can trust that the photos and descriptions of their properties are accurate and reliable.
This apartment was fantastic. Very quiet, spacious, and very private. Large and very comfortable mattress and bed linens, as well as a large American style shower and for the win – an American style coffee maker.
This apartment lived up to its promise, offering a comfortable place to stay in a lovely Paris quartier, a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of museums, shops and restaurants. We were there during a series of transit strikes which practically immobilized the city, but the location enables us to do everything we wanted to do on foot. We had a few questions about the space but it was relatively easy to connect with our contact by text, and all our questions were answered. A very pleasant stay.
The apartment was clean and the location was excellent. We had a heat wave in Paris and brought a portable air conditioner which really made a difference. I will use them next time I visit Paris
We loved staying in this apartment, it is a great space for 2. The elevator is very helpful as the stairs are quite narrow. The apartment is in a great location as could walk everywhere, and it was easy to return during the day to rest. The apartment is very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Having a WIFI connection was very helpful. The washer and dryer worked very well and it was nice to have them available. I would recommend this
Wonderful find! This apartment has everything – great location, light and airy, elevator, quiet, lots of mirrors, Nespresso machine, good washer and dryer, WiFi, Pad, attractive decor. Good value – we recommend it highly.
Great apartment at great location
My daughter and I loved this apartment! We arrived late and had to change flights and Fred was still there to greet us! What a lovely man he was. He was friendly and smiling and very helpful. I only needed to contact him one time and he called us right back with the information that we needed. So Nice! The apartment itself was lovely. It has so much room for a European apartment. The shower and bathtub were great after a day of walking and site seeing. The separate commode area was really nice! The appliances worked wonderful! The washer and dryer were fantastic! The dishwasher also worked well. We did get to watch BBC television which was good. I particularly liked the little elevator at the end of the day and climbed no stairs. My daughter opted for the staircase. The elevator is large enough for 2 slim people and 2 small suitcases. Not like America but much needed. The neighbors were all friendly. We were careful not to be loud at night because we did not want to
The apartment was superb and the caring service provided by Karina excellent. Located in such a beautiful, central location in the most special of all cities our family can recommend this apartment to both families and couples. Our group was made up of three adults and two teenagers. EVERYONE thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
The newly renovated apartment was beautiful and had everything you could even dream of needing including towel warmers! Fred from host was there to meet me and explain everything. This really helped put me at ease since this was my first trip across the pond and I was travelling alone. Since I cannot drink red wine without getting an immediate headache I emailed ahead to let the team know, however, because the red wine is ordered ahead in batches they were not sure they were going to be able to get white wine. Imagine my delight when I arrived and found white wine waiting for me as well as the bouquet of fabulous flowers! Because the phone company was backlogged the team were not able to get the phone installed until halfway through my stay but again they went to extraordinary lengths to put me at ease. Fred loaned me his own Mac satellite laptop until the phone was installed and helped me master the French keyboard so I could be in touch with all my friends back in Canada r
