The entrance  is via a staircase that takes you upstairs.

The Living Area:

The living area with a sofa bed for an adult, an HDTV, a DVD player, an internet connection. several storage placers.

The Dining Area:

The dining area  with a table and 4 chairs.

The Kitchen Area:

The  open kitchen  equipped with a fridge, hotplates, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle , crockery and necessary kitchen utensils.

The Bedroom Area:

The  bedroom  with a 140 x 200cm bed.

The Bathroom Area:

Bathroom with shower room with a sink, an Italian shower, wc and hair dryer.

The apartment is rented with household linen, iron and ironing board. the heating is electric.

Thing's to be note:

The check in is made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 30 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

For an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 30 € fee.
