What a great apartment in a quiet area. We looked and booked it based on the photos and reviews and they’ve both been pretty accurate. The terrace was a great place to spend some time drinking a coffee or taking in some fresh air. The home is in a clean building with an elevator, so getting in and out was really easy. Host was great and really responsive to any questions we had. In all, I highly recommend you seriously consider booking this listing for your next trip to Paris.
Perfect apartment for a family or a group of friends!! Central location, large balcony with lovely views of the Parisian rooftops & very spacious rooms (rare to find in Paris). Great communication prior to arrival and for check-in. Aircon was only in the living area but cool air flowed into the bedrooms. Would stay again!!
This apartment is amazing in every way. The location is just minutes from Av. des Champs-Élysées, but feels like a quiet little neighborhood, the way it sits back from the main streets. It is just a few blocks from all the major shopping stores, restaurants, and cafes. It is within walking distance of all major types of transportation including the metro, taxis, Lime scooter rentals, and the Big Bus stop. Calling an Uber was always easy, even with 5 of us, and would pick us up right outside the door. The apartment itself is perfect and has everything you could need. The living room and kitchen open to the outdoor terrace, with city views, a dining table, and plenty of outdoor seating. It is great for morning coffees and late-night drinks. The kitchen has everything you could need including a microwave, stove top, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and espresso maker. The bathroom is large and has a rainfall shower head with great water pressure. With five people, we never once ran out of hot water. The bedrooms are large and have huge floor to ceiling windows that open up and overlook the garden. The beds are super comfortable and have nice linens and down pillows and guest robes. Checking in and out was easy. You just need to send your flight information beforehand to arrange for check in. We were met, shown around the apartment and given the keys quickly and easily. The apartment was easy to get to from the airport with plenty of taxis. An Uber was the easiest and cheapest way we found to return to the airport. Again, checkout was quick and easy. While we were there, communication was easy and fast. I would highly recommend this apartment. I don’t think Paris gets any better at this price point. You will love being in the center of it all.
Staying here was just perfect! ?? After more than 10 years of apartments and experience in various cities, I can say that this was one of my very best stays. ? Traveling with my two sons (16 & 18) we found this modern and attractive apartment located so perfectly and nice -close to Arc de Triomphe, subway and Paris high life. The check in with Host and arrangement for our check out was really super friendly and helpful and everything was just perfect. We can highly recommend this place and hope to come back one day. ?
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. Quiet, clean & roomy for our family of 4. Fantastic location - so close to the Champs-Élysées and metro stops. Beautiful balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee & croissants. Our greeter Host was very kind and helpful. We can’t wait to return!
The apartment is very nice, it's quite centrally located, and we loved the large patio. In addition, the people who manage it genuinely care and are responsive. The washing machine broke while we were visiting, and they were great about getting it fixed and keeping us updated on the plans and progress as we needed to keep using it to have clean clothes!
Such a wonderful trip for our 20th wedding anniversary! This flat was lovely and romantic, and perfectly located for us to visit all the main attractions, being just a 5-minute walk to the Champs Elysees and the George V metro station. The 6th floor location is quiet and the outdoor terrace is large and peaceful. The apartment has large windows on the terrace side and the courtyard side, which makes for lovely cross breezes. For us, thee large outdoor space really made the apartment special. We didn't really need a second bedroom, but used the secondary room for extra closet space. The living space, kitchen, bedrooms, bath and outdoor space were very roomy by Paris standards, and spotlessly clean. If you want a clean, quiet, relaxing stay close to shopping and the main attractions, this is the place to stay!
The apartment is spacious and just like the pictures. The patio was nice to sit in the evenings. They had cookies and wine waiting which was a nice touch when we first arrived. We had some trouble with ants but were able to fix the problem once we bought some spray.
This was one of the best experiences my family and I have eve. Apartments was fantastic, they had every ready for us when we arrived. They also gave us a rundown of the apartment and a book with a map of the area with some great recommendations for cafes and tons of other fun locations in the city to see. We all fell in love with this place and we can't wait to book again. Thank you!
Very nice and convenient place to stay in Paris! The location is perfect, close to the Arch de Triumph and many good restaurants and stores. Super clean and a beautiful view from the balcony. Communication was really good all the time. Highly recommended. We would stay there again!
The apartment is great. Located two minutes from Champs-Elyseés, very close to restaurants, metro stations, stores and markets. The building has elevator for four people, wich is not usual in Paris (the apartment is on the 6th floor). The rooms have a good size, the kitchen is good, e and the heating was more than enough. The bathroom has a very good shower too. Host, who hosted us, was very friendly and told us simply everything about the apartament and the region. I recommend it!
