Wonderful place. It is beautifully appointed, clean and spacious considering Parisian spaces. The beds were so comfortable & linens very nice. Having two bathrooms was a great benefit! Would stay again!

We would definitely stay here again! On a quiet street of the Paris so it was the best of both worlds. Peaceful but a couple of blocks from the metro stations, restaurants and shopping. Location is an A+. Secure building, need a key card from street entrance to gain access or use buzzer to front desk. There was someone staffed most of the time who could help with questions and recommendations, they were always very helpful and friendly. They brought up my luggage and found us a cab upon departure. The unit was great, air conditioning which was a huge asset while we were there and the finishes were excellent. Can’t say enough don’t hesitate to book!

Place is beautifully decorated and centrally Very quiet and clean and well laid out with two bathrooms which is nice. Having access to hotel lobby is great for advice on restaurants etc and close to subway as well. Host very responsive.
This place is a hidden gem. Great loction and amazing staff. I was lucky to stay in 3 different rooms and they were all amazing. The apartmenrts are all very modern with everything you need. I wll be back next tiem in Paris. If you get the chance you should book this place 100%.
We had a fantastic stay - the flat is in a great location on a quiet street with easy access to tons of Paris’ best sites. The concierge was super helpful and the place was a good size, well appointed, and spotless. The bed and even the pull out couch were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is perfectly located very near Champs-Élysées. It is equipped with everything that you would need. It is a major bonus that they have a concierge that can accept deliveries in case you decide to have items delivered from the shops. No need to carry around shopping bags with you. The building staff are super friendly and helpful. Will surely be back in this apartment.

The apartment was so beautiful—even nicer than we expected from the photos. There was a lovely bedroom, great living area with comfortable sleeper sofa, charming dining area, two bathrooms, kitchenette, and washer/dryer. Everything we needed and more. The place is right near Arc de Triomphe and close to metros, dining, and other attractions. We highly recommend it and we hope to stay there again.

I got this listing last minute because of some mishaps on my end and this was easily such a great choice for us. It was clean and accurate to the pictures and it was very very close to all the spots I wanted to visit. Will be staying here again if I go back to paris.

The apartment is in a clean, updated building. The people that work at reception are friendly helpful. The apartment was clean perfect for 2 people. I really appreciated the 2 bathrooms, kitchenette, and close proximity to 2 Metro lines.
We stayed in the Parisina room, and this place was incredible. Extremely clean, it smelled great, it also had everything you needed to comfortably perform all tasks. The service at the front desk was also great, they was someone there 24/7 and willing to help with any questions. The location is perfect, you are right next to arc de triumphe. There are many many restaurants near by and bikes and scooters right down the streets. I would recommend 10/10!

We’ve stayed in the flat for 6 nights and for our family of 3, it was perfect. It’s quite cozy but not tiny as some of other flats in Paris we’ve seen. Everything is brand new and spotless. The bathrooms (there are two, which is lovely for the morning rush hour) are better than on the pics: new, clean, proper water pressure, just perfect. There isn’t much of a “hood” around the Arch, but there are several bakeries within a 5 min walk and 3 different metro stations, which made all of Paris very accessible. Having a concierge also makes life that much easier when it comes to storing luggage, borrowing umbrellas etc. We really enjoyed the stay and can recommend the flat.
