Lots of space in the apartment. Beds comfortable. Has AC. Bathrooms and showers were great. Metro station 1 block from the apartment gets you everywhere. Felt safe. Very quite, no street noise as faces back. Ludovic was easy to work with. Would stay again.

This apartment was sensational with everything at our doorstep along with all the major transportation links to any of the attractions in Paris. It's a short stroll away from the Marais and La Republique where we found some fabulous places to eat. A haven once you shut the door - we felt cozy and pampered and will definitely return.

This is a very unique place to stay in Paris. The aircons in each bedroom were a blessing in the hot weather of Paris! Easy to access from the subway and reaching the main points of Paris. The apartment is very neat and clean!

A few dozen meters from the metro, in front of a public parking lot, supermarket 400 m away. Pro and responsive manager.

This place was absolutely gorgeous ! Close to the metro , grocery stores a few good restaurants for sure . It seems like a busy nosy area but once inside the apartment you can not hear a thing .

Loved this spot so much! Metro lines super close walking. Tons of restaurants, shops and nightlife super close walking. Beds SO comfortable. Shower pressure was amazing, probably the best showers I have ever had. Apartment was very clean, lots of light. Would stay here again in an instant!

Perfect apartment for a family vacation. Clean , tidy , spotless next to the Bastile oper. with restaurants, shops, shops, local shops , local shops, subway, bus. wonderful location. Very safe to walk nearby day and night. We were very well received at the check-in. great linen and utensils. 100% perfect.
Safe apartment in the area. Quiet, organized, complying with descriptions. We just didn't like the bedding, which showed stains on all the pillows and we had to cover them with towels. The rest of the furniture, bathrooms and kitchen utensils are very good.

The location is spectacular- near restaurants and cafes, a bit quieter than the city center, but still very convenient to get anywhere via metro. I would absolutely recommend and stay again!
