This place is exactly as described. It has been recently renovated so everything is in exceptional operating order and top quality. Extremely comfortable for our family of five. Each bedroom was private and quiet. We had no disturbance from neighbors or the street - a very quiet spot. Also, our host was extremely responsive. There was a very minor temperature issue with one shower that we reported during our stay, but we did not expect it to be fixed. Host team responded immediately and fixed it within a few hours. Truly exceptional service. Finally, this location is an excellent home base to see Paris. It is very close to the Paris Metro subway system. We found the Metro safe and convenient to use with our children (12, 17 and 17). This location is also very walkable to many excellent restaurants, shopping and sights in the Le Marais area of Paris, and even the Latin Quarter (if you don’t mind walking through the beautiful and quiet streets of Paris!). Overall, we loved it.
We were very pleased with the Xxl apartment on Crussol. The Host team was very professional and responsive and I would definitely work with them again. I would also stay in this apartment again. It is a very nice, garden level home that is very spacious quite nice. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood. This was an excellent Airbnb experience for us.
