•    Guests may be required to complete a check-in form

Noise Policy
•    Loud music and excessive noise are not permitted after 10:00 PM
•    Quiet outdoor hours must be respected

Pool & Lawn Safety
•    Children and non-swimmers must be supervised
•    Glassware is not permitted near the pool
•    Pool usage is subject to safety guidelines

Property Care
•    Smoking allowed only in outdoor areas
•    Fireworks, hazardous materials, and color powders are prohibited
•    Guests are requested to treat the property and furnishings responsibly

Parking
•    Parking available for up to 4-5 vehicles inside the property
•    Please avoid blocking nearby access roads

Security & Safety
•    Exterior CCTV cameras installed for security purposes
•    Tampering with security systems is strictly prohibited

Event & Celebration Rules
•    All events and shoots must be pre-approved
•    Unauthorized events may lead to cancellation without refund
•    Overtime usage will be charged additionally
•    Decorations involving tape, nails, or wall fixtures are not permitted
•    Small private parties and gatherings can be arranged with prior notice

Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ?10,000 will be collected at check-in and returned after property inspection during check-out.
