• No loud music or disruptive noise is permitted after 10:00 PM, in accordance with local noise regulations.
• Drilling, nailing, or affixing items to walls, ceilings, floors, switches, fans, or fixtures is strictly prohibited.
• If you plan to use heavy electrical equipment, please inform us in advance.
3. Prohibited Items & Activities
• Illegal substances, adult content production, fireworks, open flames, hazardous materials, or any unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking or hookah use is not permitted inside the premises. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
• Pets are welcome; however, they are strictly not allowed inside the indoor premises.
4. Parking & Access
• Parking is available for up to 4 standard cars inside the property.
• Please avoid blocking driveways or street access.
• Loading and unloading must take place within the scheduled booking hours.
• There is no elevator on the property.
5. Clean-Up & Property Care
• The space must be returned in its original condition.
• A walk-through inspection will be conducted at check-out.
• Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit and must be borne by the guest.
• Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property is left excessively unclean.
• Furniture may be moved slightly if required but must be returned to its original position. Any damage will be chargeable.
