This Studio offer a choice of double or twin beds, a modern in-room kitchen, private bathroom with shower and large windows which allow for plenty of natural light. This apartment is ideal for an individual or a couple on a business travel or leisure trip.

The apartment is located in West Munich at the foot of the Alps. This property is ideally located in the business district of Arnulfpark as well as major points of interest in the city such as the Marienplatz and Olympic Park and has on-site parking spaces.

These include key sporting events, trade fairs, national and international exhibitions and Munich’s most famous beer festival, Oktoberfest, which runs from late September to the first weekend in October.

Conveniently situated just a 15-minute walk from the Main Train Station, this apartment also offers easy access to the airport for any frequent traveller and is just a 25-minute walk from Marienplatz, the epicentre and shopping hub of Munich.

Situated right in the city centre, in the business district of Arnulfpark, this modern serviced apartment is located opposite the Marsstraße tram station (lines 16 and 17).

You can reach the apartment from Munich's main train station in only 5 minutes. If you prefer to walk, it only takes 15 minutes.

As suggested above, go to Marienplatz to admire the 500 year old Munich hotel and the Fischbrunnen, a "little fish fountain" where Munich's residents love to meet. You can't miss the new neo-gothic town hall with 43 bells and 32 mechanical figures that move to the music of the bells. You can reach this famous landmark in 15 minutes by express train, S-Bahn (line S1, S2, S3, S4, S6, S7 or S8) from the apartment.

Nymphenburg Palace

This baroque castle was the main summer residence of the former rulers of Bavaria of the House of Wittelsbach.  In addition to its numerous outbuildings, the imposing complex includes several important art collections. With its most impressive interior and the famous "Gallery of Beauty" of King Ludwig I, the castle is one of the most visited monuments in Munich. 

The Botanical Garden, located on the north side of the park, is one of the most beautiful in Europe. The park with its majestic trees, numerous waterways and hidden pavilions is the ideal place to relax for an afternoon. Each of the four pavilions is a real enchantment.

You can get there in 17 minutes by tram (line 17) from the apartment.

The English Garden in Munich

Covering more than 400 hectares, the Englischer Garten (English Garden) is the green lung of Munich. Conceived in 1789, it is one of the largest urban parks in the world. There are 78 km of paths among many gardens. The park has original buildings such as a 35-meter high Chinese pagoda and a small temple in Greek style. An artificial canal crosses it and ita popular spot for surfers who enjoy its waves in all seasons. Tourists and locals alike like to socialize with a beer in one of the typical open-air breweries. Get there easily in 30 minutes by subway, U-Bahn (line U7 then U6) from the apartment.

The Munich Residence

Used as an official residence by Bavarian monarchs between 1385 and 1918, the Residenz München (Munich Residence) is the largest city palace in Germany. Its history is as complex as its architecture. There are no less than 10 inner courtyards and 130 rooms with styles from four different centuries. It is bordered on one side by a park, the Hofgarten, and on the other by the Opera Square (Max-Joseph-Platz).The residence can be reached in 20 minutes by express train, S-Bahn (line S2 or S3) or subway, U-Bahn (line U7 and U4) from the apartment.

Attend the Oktoberfest

As the name suggests, the beer festival takes place from the end of September to the beginning of October. It is the biggest event of the city which welcomes more than 6 million visitors. Mugs of beer and local culinary specialties are enjoyed in large tents from the 6 Munich breweries. The inaugural parade, the opening of the first barrel, traditional costumes, music and more than two hundred attractions make these 18 days a great festival recognized throughout the world.  You can get to this famous festival 18 minutes on foot from the apartment.

The apartment is also close to numerous buses.  The closest bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away.

You can reach the city's most important sights in just a few minutes. You can get to Marienplatz, Munich's central square, in only 15 minutes by public transportation or 25 minutes on foot, whichever you prefer. 

This proximity to the train station ensures that you can get around Munich by public transportation easily. The station is connected to the subway network, U-Bahn (lines U1, U2, U4, U5, U7 and U8) and the Munich express train network, S-Bahn (lines S1, S2, S3, S4, S6, S7 and S8). 

If the booking is cancelled up to 2 weeks of the arrival date there is no cancellation fee, if it is cancelled within the 2 weeks and we are unable to resell then the full amount is charged.
