The 2 bedroom penthouse has 2 double bedrooms one en-suite and a main bathroom on the lower level, Also on this floor is a second bedroom with a Double Bed and a separate bathroom. Private staircase leading to the upper floor:- there is a spacious living/dining area with a separate fully equipped kitchen and rooftop terrace. Complimentary starter pack in each suite on arrival, this includes all tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, milk, and juice.

Spacious lounges, contemporary décor and furnishings with well-equipped kitchens, quality beds and bed linen and powerful showers ensure that your stay with us will be an enjoyable experience.

It is our pleasure to ensure that every guest need is catered for in our apartments and penthouses, of which each has its own hall door and hallway or lobby.

Depending on whether you stay in a Penthouse or Apartment, facilities may vary.

Just a minutes’ walk from the famous shopping area of Grafton Street, located in one of Dublin's most exclusive and central locations, within a few minutes of a selection of fine restaurants of all tastes, shops and some of Dublin's famous traditional pubs. Temple Bar is only a ten-minute walk from your front door.

For the business client we are centrally located to Government Buildings, banks, professional offices, stockbrokers and the well known financial district of the IFSC is only a short walk over the River Liffey.

Whether you are in the City on business or pleasure, we certainly offer a superb quiet place to relax and make it your home from home, and yet minutes from the center of activity in this lively City.

Other things to note

Secure limited parking available. Car park spaces are allocated at the time of booking. In the case where we have no spaces, we offer overnight parking from 6 pm to 10.30 am in the Dawson car park located across the road.

Please note: There is a small charge for electricity payable on departure (usually between €2-4 per day) and smoking is not permitted in the Penthouses and Also please note- fresh towels are not

provided on a daily basis, there will be one change of towels and If the guest requires the daily change then that can be provided at extra cost.

PS: There are different units in the building all with the same configuration, standard, size & amenities; however, some may have different furniture. You will be allocated any one of the available units.

CITY ATTRACTIONS: What a perfect place to stay and be within a few minutes from some of Dublin’s amazing places of interest to visit. Take a stroll out the front door of the apartment and step straight into The National Museum on Kildare street, with its very fine collection of Iron Age, Bronze Age early Roman, and Viking Artefacts amongst some of its collection. The National Gallery of Ireland on Merrion Square which has many of the great masters represented in thousands of paintings and drawings as well as sculptures, on weekends there is an amazing selection of Artists and their work displayed around the park from time to time, what a lovely way to spend a weekend afternoon.

Close by is the breathtaking Trinity College and a must-see is its Library and Book of Kells. A short walk away you will find Dublin’s cultural and creative quarter Temple Bar, with some of Dublin’s best night spots and restaurants.

There are a number of Art Galleries close by and Dublin Castle and the Chester Beatty Library home to an outstanding collection of books including many paintings. Take a stroll a little further onto Patrick Street and you will find St. Patrick’s Cathedral it is worth a visit as well as Marsh’s Library on St. Patrick’s Close, this is Irelands oldest public library.

A little further Guinness Storehouse with its 250 years of Guinness history in its 7-storey visitor’s experience and a 360-degree view of Dublin from the Gravity Bar.

If you like shopping then Grafton Street is ideal just a 2 minute walk , perhaps Trinity Collage and its beautiful features such as the Library and The Book of Kells will be of interest, there are a large choice of amazing restaurants, cafes and pubs just around the corner and Temple bar is located about 15 minutes walk away.

Getting around

If you want to use public transport The luas and bus stops are minutes walk from the suite , but if you like to walk then this is the perfect place to book and be in the heart of the city centre and can walk to the majority of sights and places to visit.

            This property is truly wonderful. It was spacious, clean, easy to settle in to. But the actual differentiator is the location. I had never been Dublin and it was a little hard to tell ahead of time how convenient it was when looking at a map. But trust me, it is steps from everything. The bus stops literally on the corner! Or a super short walk to the Grafton St. area for shopping food and pubs. And that means the same super short walk home after a night out! The location gave us easy access to everything and made our 5 days in Dublin absolutely wonderful. you will not be sorry if you choose this one!

                  This location is amazing. Easy to get to St. Stephens park, all the restaurants and shopping area. We easily walked to the Dart station and took the train to other areas. Check in was easy, but the address was a little hard to find if you are walking to it from another area. Ask for the local restaurant to walk towards. ***It is all stairs, so hopefully you don’t have wavy luggage as it is on the 5th floor of the building. But location and space can’t be beat.

                        Great location-central to everything. You have top floor with lovely rooftop patio. Living room is light filled and opens to patio. Concierge like service once we arrived. They provided everything we needed - laundry soap, extra towels, dry rack for clothes. They even arranged transportation to airport for us on our last day. We would definitely stay here again.

                            We had an AMAZING stay in Dublin and couldn't have thought of a better place to stay. It was right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the major cross streets, pubs and shopping. The management was Extremely efficient in communication and helpful at all hours of the day if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here while in Dublin for a great experience! I can't thank the hosts enough so making our stay so seamless and easy! I highly recommend!
