This location is close to my family, and that is the reason I chose it. I was pleased with the staff, who were friendly, helpful, and polite. The unit has a full size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, along with good quality kitchenware. There was delightful, plentiful hot water in the strong shower. The bed was comfortable and clean. This venue is good for business travellers, families, and those who want a neighborhood experience in NYC. It is different from a luxurious mid-town hotel in the furnishings, services, and nearness to tourist sites.
