Check-in went smoothly. We were welcomed by the apartment manager, who took the time to show us how everything worked in the apartment. She was available to us at any time during our stay, just a phone call away. We loved the croissants, wine and beautiful fresh flowers as a welcome gift. The place is a good size, nicely decorated with comfortable sofas. Having a washer/dryer was much appreciated, as well as the large laundry room area. The location is great, close to grocery stores, cafes and the metro. Many restaurants just steps away.
We'd been looking for a Paris apartment to fall in love with for years, and this was it. We appreciated the elegance of the historic building. The location was ideal. The layout and design of the apartment were beautiful, with lovely views from the windows. As fans of mid-century modern furniture, we loved the authentic pieces and the open feeling of the large space. It worked well with two of us staying there, and also provided ample room when we hosted a family of four as guests for a few days. The modern bathrooms were tasteful, especially in the master bedroom. The kitchen was both attractive and functional. Sophisticated lighting was a plus. Our greeter went out of his way to be helpful, We're eager to come back--the sooner the better. The long stair climb was the only potential downside. We hope we'll be in good enough shape to negotiate the three long flights for several years to come. It was a pleasure doing business with the firm. Thanks to all the individuals who communicated with us on a timely basis. Overall: Excellent........
The apartment was large and luxurious. In the middle of Paris just behind the Musee D’orsay. Perfect position. The one small thing that did go wrong with the heating was fixed with one phone call. Service was wonderful. We chose to be met at the airport and for a small fee it took all the worry out of arriving in Paris then trying to look for an airport when you have been travelling for 30 hours. Overall I and my friends would highly recommend this apartment and in fact have already spoken about it to our friends here in Sydney
The apartment was elegant, refined and beautifully furnished. Located on a quiet stretch just across from the back of the Musee d’Orsay in a typical Parisian apartment building, it was convenient to Metro connections and especially to useful bus lines. This is a perfect location, and resources in the neighborhood (such as an excellent supermarket and top-rate croissants and baguettes from Eric Kayser) were very accessible. The apartment itself was even better than the photos suggested—spacious, light, bright. The kitchen was nicely laid out and allowed 6 of us to prepare meals if we wished. Appliances were modern and functioned perfectly; the kitchen was well supplied with all the essential equipment and dinnerware. Dining and living rooms were comfortable, as were the bedrooms. All bathrooms were elegant and functioned well. We were especially impressed with the support from the agency. From the warm welcome (and assistance with our luggage), the lovely touch of wine, flowers and croissants, and the professionalism of Pierre Louis, we felt comfortable immediately. A minor plumbing problem during our stay was addressed instantly and repaired. The apartment was immaculate. Linens and towels were fresh; the kitchen was sparkling—in fact, everything sparkled. The beauty of this apartment was that it was a very modern space inside the shell of a charming, traditional Parisian building (with a cage elevator out of Hollywood!)..
Checking in was so easy and the host made me feel very welcome throughout. The location of the apartment is also fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!
