  • How do I book an apartment online?

    To book an apartment you need to create your login first. Please follow the below steps.
    Go to the “Submit Property” tab on the main website page and create a login by filling all the required details.
    Once your login is created please click on “Properties” tab on the main website page to search for an apartment of your choice.
    Enter your travel destination in the column “Where would you like to go” and select the relative filters as per your choice.
    You will get the list of available apartments, some of them would be on” Instant booking” and some of them would be on “Check Availability “status.

    Once you select the property of your choice, please select the travel dates, no. of guests and click on go.
    Once you will click on go, you will get an automated form which all ask for your details, please fill all the details.
    Once all the details are filed please click on “Proceed to pay” and it will take you to the payment gateway.
    Once you are on payment gateway please enter all your card details and submit payment.
    As soon as you will make the payment you will get the booking and payment confirmation on your email address.

    Apartments on “ Check availability”
    The apartment with “Check Availability” will display the following message “Direct Booking not allowed. Please click on Check Availability”
    As soon as you will click on “Check Availability” an availability form will pop up. Please fill the required details and press the submit button.
    Once you will press submit, we will receive your availability request, which will be replied within 24 hours.
    If the apartment would be available then you will be able to book it by following the steps mentioned for Instant booking.
    If the apartment is not available, our team will get in touch with you and offer you the alternate available apartment options.

  • What is the exact address of the apartment?

    To protect the privacy and the security, we do not publish the street number of any of the apartments. The address will be communicated once you have are booked with us.

  • What is the minimum stay requirement?

    The minimum stay requirements for our apartment are 3 nights, but it may differ from apartment to apartment. (Please check minimum night restriction before requesting a booking)

  • Are there any extra taxes or payments other than the quoted price?

    All taxes are included in our quoted price. Guests can arrange additional services if they wish like- late checkout, early check-in, mid-stay housekeeping, and extra guests etc.

  • Can I change apartments?

    Once a rental deposit has been received for an apartment, it goes to that apartment owner in order to secure your rental. Therefore, as each apartment is generally owned by a different person, the deposit is non-transferable, unless we are able to re-rent the same period to someone else if it is for your exact dates.

  • Do we need to pay the security deposit?

    A Security deposit is required for all the apartments.
    For some apartments it needs to be paid in cash upon arrival.
    For some apartments the security deposit can be paid by credit card, upon arrival or at the time of booking and after the inspection, if there is no damage done it will be refunded on the credit card.

  • When is the security deposit refunded?

    Normally, after the inspection the security deposit is refunded upon check out, but in some cases it may take up to two weeks.

  • When will I get the key collection instructions?

    The key collection instructions will be advised according to the apartment booked. For some apartments we advise the key collection instructions as soon as booking is confirmed or 1 week post the booking is confirmed. For some apartments the key collection instructions are advised 1 week prior to your arrival.

  • How do I get my apartment keys?

    You can pick up the keys either at the apartment or at office. The confirmation email will give the exact instructions to follow on the day you arrive. Generally, when you arrive, one of the check-in agents will be there to welcome you in the apartment you have booked. He/She will show you the apartment and will give you your keys.

  • Is there additional housekeeping service during our stay?

    The apartment will be cleaned professionally before your check in. There will be an additional charge for extra cleaning.

  • What is a Check-in and Check-out time?

    Check-in and Check-out depends on the apartment you have booked for your stay. Please refer to property details tab for Check-in and Check-out time.

  • Can we check-in Early?

    Your booking starts from normal check-in time of the day of your arrival which depends on the apartment. The welcome agent can accept early check in, only if the apartment you booked is ready to welcome you. It usually depends on the departure time of the previous client and the housekeeping organization as well.
    If you absolutely need to access to the apartment in the morning, we recommend to book the day previous to your arrival date in order to block the property for you.

  • Can we check-out Late?

    The welcome agent may accept your stay in the apartment until the afternoon only if there is no other arrival expected the day of your departure. Unfortunately, it depends on the other bookings, so we or the owner cannot confirm the possibility of late check-out when you book. If you absolutely need to use the apartment in the afternoon or up to the night, we recommend to book until the date of your departure. * In some cases, there is a possible for certain apartments to opt for late check-out (up to 4PM) according to the check-in/out conditions – it may be accepted after paying 100% of daily rate.

  • Do you provide extra beds, cribs, highchairs?

    Absolutely, but please do let us know in advance. Please note that there will be a charge involved with supplying these kinds of items.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellation policy may vary from apartment to apartment.  You will find the cancellation policy for every apartment under “Property details” .

  • Who will be responsible for personal loss or damage?

    We do not hold the responsibility of personal loss or damage .We encourage our guests to take travel insurance to cover any losses that may occur.

  • Whom do we call if something goes wrong?

    Well, it depends on what the problem is. If it’s a malfunction of some sort in the rental property – plumbing, electricity, heating, A/C, water supply – call your local representative who can assess the situation and contact the right person for you. Also, our owners are all extremely responsible folks who will attend to whatever it is immediately. We depend on them to resolve problems, which they do. If something happens and they don’t, we don’t rent their house any more. In France “immediately” is a relative term. If it’s a Sunday in August, it’s not going to get attended to until Monday at the earliest, even if the owner does his damnedest to resolve the matter.
    If it’s a relatively minor matter, call your local representative who may be able to fix it right away.

  • Pets allowed?

    Generally, the properties owner do not allowed pets. However, very occasionally, an allowance may be made for a very small pet with references and extra rental damage deposits (security deposit), so please feel free to inquire.
