      Great location, good facilities. Spacious, bright, quiet courtyard location. Close to the metro. Big plus were the 3 bathrooms for 7 people. Great communication with the landlord, also regarding the transfer of apartments.

          The apartment is very spacious for Paris! The building itself is nothing special but central in Le Marais with all the restaurants, shops around the corner and not far from the center. The apartment is fully equipped. 3 bedrooms, 3 delicious bathrooms, air conditioning in all that works very well, fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and iron. Super spacious for 6 people, but 8 would also fit because you have a sofa bed in the living room. Only flaw was the Wi-Fi. Don't know why. But I would recommend this apartment to everyone!
