It is our pleasure to ensure that every guest need is catered for in our apartments and penthouses, of which each has its own hall door and hallway or lobby.
This beautiful 3 bedroom has a main bathroom with bath/shower and there is an ensuite with shower and sauna. It has 2 double bedrooms and a twin room and we can put in a futon / travel bed for a 7th guest.
Penthouse Facilities: Wi-Fi, hall on lower level leading to main bedroom with Double Bed and bathroom with sauna, second and third bedroom with Double Bed each, separate bathroom, bed linen and towels, hairdryer, staircase leading to upper floor, sitting Room with working fireplace, plasma TV, dining area and separate kitchen with integrated appliances, fridge, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher, microwave and hob/cooker and all utensils, roof top sun terrace.
Complimentary starter pack in each suite apartment on arrival, this includes all tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, milk and juice.
CITY ATTRACTIONS: What a perfect place to stay and be within a few minutes from some of Dublin’s amazing places of interest to visit. Take a stroll out the front door of the apartment and step straight into The National Museum on Kildare street, with its very fine collection of Iron Age, Bronze Age early Roman, and Viking Artefacts amongst some of its collection. The National Gallery of Ireland on Merrion Square which has many of the great masters represented in thousands of paintings and drawings as well as sculptures, on weekends there is an amazing selection of Artists and their work displayed around the park from time to time, what a lovely way to spend a weekend afternoon.
There are many walking tours of the city available and we are happy to help you with recommendations.
There are so many beautiful places to see in this vibrant and busy city and all within a short distance from the apartment, which makes us the perfect place to make your “Home from Home” while visiting Dublin.
Depending on whether you stay in a Penthouse or Apartment, facilities may vary.
Just a minutes’ walk from the famous shopping area of Grafton Street, you will find us on Schoolhouse Lane, located in one of Dublin's most exclusive and central locations, within a few minutes of a selection of fine restaurants of all tastes, shops and some of Dublin's famous traditional pubs. Temple Bar is only a ten-minute walk from your front door.
For the business client we are centrally located to Government Buildings, banks, professional offices, stockbrokers and the well known financial district of the IFSC is only a short walk over the River Liffey.
Whether you are in the City on business or pleasure, we certainly offer a superb quiet place to relax and make it your home from home, and yet minutes from the center of activity in this lively City.
Close by is the breathtaking Trinity College and a must-see is its Library and Book of Kells. A short walk away you will find Dublin’s cultural and creative quarter Temple Bar, with some of Dublin’s best night spots and restaurants.
There are a number of Art Galleries close by and Dublin Castle and the Chester Beatty Library home to an outstanding collection of books including many paintings. Take a stroll a little further onto Patrick Street and you will find St. Patrick’s Cathedral it is worth a visit as well as Marsh’s Library on St. Patrick’s Close, this is Irelands oldest public library.
A little further Guinness Storehouse with its 250 years of Guinness history in its 7-storey visitor’s experience and a 360-degree view of Dublin from the Gravity Bar.

Secure limited parking available. Car park spaces are allocated at the time of booking. In the case where we have no spaces, we offer overnight parking from 6 pm to 10.30am in the Dawson car park located across the road.

If the booking is cancelled up to 2 weeks of the arrival date there is no cancellation fee if it is cancelled within the 2 weeks and we are unable to re sell then the full amount is charged.
