Composition
Entirely renovated 2-room apartment of 27 m² on the third floor overlooking the courtyard without lift. It is composed of :
- The living room: includes a dining table and four high stools, an ottoman, a sofa bed for sleeping, a coffee table, an HD TV, a WIFI/high-speed Internet connection, an audio system with ipod speaker, as well as a an elegant decoration and numerous canvases. The living room overlooks a courtyard through two windows.
- The kitchen: open to the living room, it is equipped with a microwave, a 2-burner hob, fridge, extractor, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine, and all necessary for cooking.
- The bedroom: overlooks a courtyard through a large window, and is equipped with a 160 cm double bed, a large wardrobe, and a cupboard.
- The bathroom: with shower and sink, hair dryer and WC.
The apartment is rented with household linen (towels and sheets).
Security Deposit: A security deposit of an amount equal to 2 months' rent excluding charges is required for any furnished rental contract. It is due at the latest on the day the keys are handed over.
