This duplex sits on one of the most charming and historical streets of Paris. La Cour du Commerce Saint André still has its original cobblestones and looks like a street out of Paris’ past, which it is! Built in 1776, a lot went on here during the revolution. Both Danton and Marat lived on this street, their lives now embedded in history. Le Procope, Paris’ first restaurant, which opened in 1686, is also on this street.

From the apartment, it’s only a 5 minute

This duplex apartment is located on the top floor of a classified building. You’ll be charmed before you even walk in the door. A perfect pied-à-terre for up to four guests, there’s so much that is easy about the apartment. There’s an elevator, there’s air conditioning, and it’s easy to find a restaurant, or just about anything you want, just a few steps away.

This apartment has recently been renovated and it shows. All in white and wood, the apartment is fresh and luminous. The largest part of the apartment is downstairs with the living room and open kitchen. The sofa bed is "memory-form” and extremely comfortable and there’s a sliding door which separates the living room from the rest of the apartment, if guests decide to use it as a bedroom. Perfect for privacy. There’s also a flat-screen TV for relaxing. On the far side of the living room is the kitchen which has just about everything you’ll need, from a stove top, to a microwave and fridge, as well as all the smaller necessities like a Nespresso maker and kettle. The contemporary white table seats four.

A spiral staircase leads you up the stairs to the bedroom where you’ll find a high-quality queen bed, closet space, and even a platform to stand on so that you can look out the skylight for views of the rooftops. You can even see Notre Dame!

The bathroom is downstairs near the bottom of the stairway. It’s been remodeled and has a bathtub with shower attachment, WC, sink and towel warmer.

This is an apartment that will appeal to anyone. It’s modern and clean, with a few touches of French authenticity, such as original beams on the ceiling. Most of all, the apartment is comfortable and in an unbeatable location.

This apartment requires a "Meet and Greet" - guests will be met at the apartment by the local manager and given keys at that time.
